After we are provided with the commercial invoices, we prepare all the necessary documents for customs to be able to ship (Certificate of origin, certified invoices and certified shipping policy).
If the client wants to personally deal with the customs clearance process in the airport of his country, the documents are sent with the shipment directly, and a copy of them is sent via e-mail so the client can prepare the documents required for the customs clearance before the shipment arrives.
If the client prefers that he receives the shipment after it is cleared from customs, we sent the documents to our partners directly and they complete the customs clearance process, then after that the shipment is delivered to our company’s warehouses or the client’s warehouses in accordance with what is agreed upon previously.
The shipments are sent from our warehouses to the intended destination through scheduled flights and via our partnered airlines.
